Hand Warts
Hand warts are not very dangerous and don't lead to infertility and other problmes that some other strains of HPV cause.
Malignant changes are rare but have been reported and are termed verrucous carcinoma. Extensive involvement may impair ambulation. This type of the disease causes pain, because it grows deep into the plantar surface or into the palm. The other name for palmoplantar disorder is myrmecia.

They begin as small papules and progress to deep round lesions, surrounded by a smooth collar of thickened horn. This problem is found mostly on weight-bearing areas, such as the metatarsal head and heel. Hand warts are not very dangerous and don't lead to infertility and other problmes that some other strains of HPV cause.
